PSO Boston Grievances

How it works

Filing

Sign in, choose what the grievance is about, and describe what happened in your own words: the date, the place, who was involved and what was said. Attach anything that backs it up — a photo of the post or schedule, a copy of a notice, a video, a document.

Your reference number

Every grievance gets a number such as G-482913 and a confirmation email. Use that number when you speak to an officer.

Following it

Your dashboard lists everything you have filed and its current status. Open one to read what the Local has said, reply, and add more evidence at any time.

Time limits

The contract sets deadlines for filing and for each step. File early rather than waiting until you have everything — you can always add to it.

Privacy

Your grievance and files are visible to Local officers handling it. They are not shared with management except as part of presenting the grievance, and only then with what is needed.
